This Diwali, Stem For Tomorrow had the privilege of attending a community-driven event, where we not only celebrated culture but also showcased our mission to expand STEM. Hosted at our local community center, this event brought people from different backgrounds and cultures to celebrate Diwali, a festival for unity.

🌟 A Festival of Connections

At the event, we connected with many individuals while spreading awareness about STEM. We partnered with a robotics team and set up a raffle to get to know the community better. Our booth helped showcase our mission and we were able to raise over $1300 for STEM education initiatives. We are so grateful for the help provided by all who attended such as the Mayor of Flower Mound!

The robotics team we partnered with, demonstrated their robot and its functions, showing firsthand how interactive learning can ignite a passion for science and engineering. Many visitors were inspired by our mission and eager to support STEM accessibility for all.

We hope in the future to attend more events like these and show the impact that our support can have on fostering STEM throughout.
